The CBIF (www.CBIFNOW.org) hosted the Urijah Faber MMA Seminar held at D1 Sports Training Complex in Columbus, Ohio during the weekend of WEC 47 and the 2010 Arnold Sports Complex.
Two seminars were held and several aspiring mixed martial artists and fitness fanatics had the opportunity to train first hand with the former WEC featherweight champion. In each hour and a half class, Faber covered stand-up striking, grappling and BJJ defense.
