If you remember an old video I did in the city of San Diego with two very rare 8 8 8 12 12 traffic lights at the intersection of Morena Blvd & Napa St, well here is another intersection that has two very rare 8 8 8 12 12 traffic lights. I think it's probably just this intersection and way at Morena Blvd & Napa St that have them. Hopefully for the signals fans, they keep them because can you see anything wrong with them? Are they visible? Are they causing problems?

TRAFFIC LIGHTS INFO:
All 10 red lights, 12 yellow lights, and 12 green lights are LED
There are 4 LED countdown pedestrian lights
The signals are owned by the county of San Diego
