👉 INGREDIENTS for 4 servings:
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 250 g mixed ground meat
• 1 onion
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 0.9 L beef or vegetable broth
• 1 can of pizza tomatoes
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tsp each of oregano, thyme, basil, and rosemary
• salt and pepper
• 100-150 g lasagna sheets, or another type of pasta
• 150 ml béchamel sauce
• grated Parmesan cheese
• a few sprigs of fresh herbs, e.g., thyme or parsley
• optional: crème fraîche or cream
