UPDATE 10/15: Sadly, This Store Is Now Closed For Good. This Will Be The Last Ride As There Are Dillard's Escalators.
UPDATE 8/19/15: Sadly, This Store Will Be Closing By The End Of This Year. I'm Not Sure What The Fate Of The Escalators And Elevators Will Be After This. It Could Be Reused For Another Department Store (Highly Unlikely), Or Demolished Completely.
Riding The Montgomery Escalators At Former Dillards Tri-County Mall In Springdale, OH. The Third Floor Of This Dillards Is Now Completely Gone Because This Dillards Became A Clearance Center. The Escalators Going Up There Are Blocked Off, And The Elevators In This Store Can No Longer Be Taken Up There. This Might Possibly Be The Only Take Of These Escalators. The Store Is Scheduled To Open A New Flagship Store At A New Open Air Development Called Liberty Center In Nearby Liberty Township In Fall 2015, But I Have No Idea If This Store Will Close Or Not. This Store Opened In 1992 As McAlpin's, Until 1998 When The Company Went Out Of Business. Dillards Eventually Replaced McAlpin's.
