Описание: The inverse of a logarithmic function was found using the change to base formula. Graphs of the logarithmic function and it's inverse were sketched on the same set of axes. The x-intercepts and the x-intercepts of the logarithmic graph and the exponential graph were found using the tables of values. The domain and range of the logarithmic function and the exponential function were stated using the graphs. Graphing logarithmic and exponential functions is a topic that is found in Grade 12 CAPS maths, A level maths and grade 11 maths. Questions such as what is an exponential function, what is a logarithmic function, how to graph exponential functions, how to graph logarithmic functions, and how to find the inverse of a logarithmic function were answered in this lesson on functions and graphs.
