Four features built in parallel. Three PRs ready. One agent failed completely.
Today we find out if our parallel agents can deliver the same way in Kiro as they do in Claude Code
Can we manage prallel ai coding shards in kiro cli using agentic engineering principles?
What's in this video:
→ Analyzed why the GUI Ralph loop failed (Kiro couldn't find itself in the worktree)
→ Ran code reviews on all 3 PRs using agent swarm in parallel
→ Figured out optimal merge order to minimize conflicts
→ Merged PID tracking, port allocation, and include patterns
→ Ran regression testing between each merge
→ Everything passed. Parallel development validated.
The merge process:
1. Analyze PRs for optimal merge order
2. Merge most isolated first
3. Validate + regression test
4. Repeat
Also showed a peek at my Claude Code daily workflow - 36 issues, 30 PRs, all managed through GitHub with 10-15 agents running.
Series context: I have a Claude Code workflow: 15 agents, 87 commits, GitHub orchestration. Can Kiro match it? This series pushes Kiro from zero toward that infrastructure. Day 8, we're getting closer.
