Lately I have been doing only one or two sets every other day or so. Thought I would try a full body workout as I do with my clients and tried my best to not waste time between exercises to show that a full body workout can be done effectively in very little time.
Note: some may question this being a full body and they'd be right because there is very little lower body.
Normally this is the D workout out of an ABCDE cycle that I do with clients and it includes Nautilus Hip aDduction instead of the rotary delt exercise, but I'd done the aDduction very recently so substitued the rotary delt for this time
