This video wasn't that long but next video should be improved and up to the usual standard :-)
The full chest workout:
Cable flyes: 3 sets 12-15 reps
Incline dumbell press: 3 sets 6-8 reps
Machine bech press: 3 sets 8-10 reps
Decline press: 3 sets 12-15 reps
Machine chest press: 3 sets 10-12 reps
Dumbell Flyes: 3 sets 12-15 reps
10 MIN TRICEP BLAST:
Rope tricep pushdowns x Bar tricep pushdowns: 3 sets 12-15 reps
Tricep Kickbacks: 3 sets 10-12 reps
Rope tricep pushdowns x Bar tricep pushdowns:
3 drop sets ( rope tricep pushdowns = 10 reps drop the weight another 10 reps )
Back workout:
Lat pulldowns: 4 sets ( 2 sets 12-15 reps, 1 set 10-12 reps, 1 set 8-10 reps )
Bentover Row: 3 sets 6-8 reps
One arm dumbell bent over row: 3 sets 10-12 reps ( lower lat concentrated )
Iso lat pulldowns SUPERSETTED with Straight bar lat pulldowns: 3 sets 12-15 reps
( With the iso lat pulldowns, go 8 both arm reps, 5 single arm, and then 5 SLOW reps both arm making sure you focus on the eccentric part of the movement )
Doing this will really tear the muscle down:-)
