Japanese apple pie in 5 minutes! Simple and delicious recipe.
This apple pie, ready in just 5 minutes, is perfect when you want something sweet but have little time: simple, light, wonderfully moist, and with a delicate aroma of orange and vanilla. With few ingredients

ingredients 📝
3 eggs
A pinch of salt.
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup sugar (120 g / 4.2 oz).
Beat with a mixer for 2-3 minutes.
Mix well until the mixture is creamy.
vegetable oil (80 g
150 g
flour 200 g
Add the flour in two stages so that the dough mixes better.
1 tbsp baking powder (10 g / 0.35 oz).
Mix everything well until the dough is smooth.

1 tbsp sugar.
Cinnamon to taste.
Bake for 40–45 minutes at 170°C (356°F).
