If we've had trauma then we're going to have trigger points, we can't avoid them as that means avoiding life. Learning to identify what's happening to you and your body can help you regulate it and manage your nervous system.
If our nervous system is overwhelmed, then we'll dissociate and will need to know the things that work to bring us back into the present moment.
In this video, we look at identifying when we're triggered and dissociated, with the different signs to look out for, and how we can start to manage and regulate these triggers.
