The video shows brilliant night time aerial views and close up shots of Western Sydney International Airport (WSIA). The video was filmed early morning hours of March 2025 when the sun was suppose to first rise but there were heavy clouds making it appear darker than what would normally have been. Still the video captures a variety of angles and close up shots of the terminal and surrounding developments.
Western Sydney International Airport (Nancy-Bird Walton) is a $5.3 billion (AUD) investment by the Australian Government and is expected to commence operations for passengers in late 2026. Unlike Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport, Western Sydney International Airport is planned to have 24-hour and curfew-free operations. The Western Sydney International Airport will be a world-class smart airport that is built to service 10 million passengers annually from the day it opens.
