In this short practice, we slow everything down.
So often we move through life from one task to the next, driven by performance, pressure, and the need to keep going. This meditation is an invitation to step out of the head and into the body.
Together we soften.
We lengthen.
We breathe.
We return.
As we settle into sensation, we begin to notice the subtle intelligence of the body, the cool air entering, the warm air leaving, the dynamic flow of feeling beneath the surface.
When we slow down enough, we discover something powerful:
Overthinking is often under-feeling.
This practice helps restore the natural flow that returns when we turn toward sensation instead of story.
Come back to this anytime you need to reset, regulate, and reconnect.
