How I Plan to Cut My Grocery Bill in Half

Описание: Food prices in the UK are out of control. This year, my garden isn't just a hobby—it is a financial necessity. With a house move on the horizon and inflation rising, I refuse to pay £2 for a bag of salad anymore. In this vlog, I’m sharing my exact plan to cut our grocery bill in half by growing high-value "cash crops" instead of cheap vegetables.
We are doubling down on food security. I’m starting peppers, onions, and storage crops from seed now to avoid paying premium prices at the supermarket later.
But there is a problem. Because we are moving, I have lost my indoor grow room, grow lights, and heat mats. Everything has to survive in an unheated greenhouse in the middle of winter. If I get this wrong, I lose the whole season.
