warm water 5 tbsp
meringue powder 3 tbsp
icing sugar 4 cups or 450 grams (sifted)
you can also make royal icing even without meringue powder
ingredients:
1 eggwhites
w cups powders sugar
beat on high speed until you reach stiff peaks consistency.
Note:
before you start make sure your tools and bowl are clean and dry.
