I’ve never worn 5-toe shoes before, but @jeffSARRIS has and I made fun of him mercilessly for them. My, how the tables (err, shoes) have turned 👣
Toe shoes are supposed to improve foot health, balance, and stability, so I’m pretty stoked to test them out!
