300 grams of mince meat of your choice (I used pork in this video)
1 finely chopped brown onion
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
Small red chilli (optional)
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
some oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp sugar
handful of thai basil leaves
