Описание: In a major crackdown, the Delhi Police Crime Branch busted a counterfeit Sensodyne toothpaste manufacturing unit in Khanjawala, Delhi. During the raid conducted on April 2 at Mahaveer Vihar, a huge stock of fake Sensodyne products, empty tubes, packaging materials, and filling machines worth lakhs was recovered.
The accused, Hari Om Mishra, a resident of Rohini, has been arrested. During interrogation, he confessed to illegally filling empty Sensodyne tubes with locally prepared paste and selling them in the market without any license or authorization.
A case has been registered under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and the Copyright Act. Further investigation is ongoing.
