Died after 5 months, dialed 911.
Product died after 5 months and then autodialed 911. Currently it flashes green. My girlfriend loved this phone at first. 4 months later it started freezing and restarting at random. After a month of this the screen went completely black and green bars appeared at the bottom. My girlfriend attempted to turn the power off but the button did not work. Instead a woman's voice started speaking from the phone and when my GF asked who it was, the woman identified herself as a 911 operator. The screen was black and the power button did not work so there was no way to hang up the call. The 911 operator was very polite.
