Ingredients:
Rice: 2 cups, cooked (Use Shree Maahika Minikit Rice)
Mushroom: 250g, thinly sliced
Soy Sauce: 3 tablespoons
Tomato Sauce: 2 tablespoons
Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
Ginger: 1 tablespoon, minced
Onions: 1 cup, thinly sliced
Green Chillies: 1/2 cup, thinly sliced
Spring Onions: 2 stalks, chopped (for garnish)
Carrot: 1 medium, julienned
Bell Pepper: 1, thinly sliced
Broccoli Florets: 1 cup
Vegetable Oil: 2 tablespoons
Salt and Pepper: To taste
Sugar: 1/2 teaspoon
Cooking Steps:
1️⃣ Prep the Veggies: Chop all vegetables into uniform sizes for even cooking.
2️⃣ Start Cooking: Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan. Add minced garlic, ginger, and sliced green chillies. Sauté until aromatic.
