In a remote mountain village, a 70-year-old couple still preserves one of the rarest bread-making traditions in the world. Each giant bread is crafted entirely by hand — kneaded, pressed over 3,000 times, and baked in an ancient earth oven for hours.
Only 3–4 pieces can be made in a day, and every loaf carries a unique hand-carved pattern. This nearly lost art has been passed down for generations, but today, very few still endure its labor-intensive process.
