Kunjapuri Trek is the best one day trek,where we can see amazing sunrise view & himalayan range snow capped peaks (Swarga Rohini, Gangotri, Banderpunch and Chaukhamba) situated in Tihari district in Uttarakhand. Kunjapuri temple is dedicated for Goddess Durga, established by Jagatguru Sankracharaya. It is one of the Saktipeeth of Goddess durga among 52 saktipeeth in India & Nepal. Tourist visit this place early in the morning for sunrise view, mediation & yoga.
We can reach there by transport up to Kunjapuri main gate, after ascending 300 steps we reach to the temple.
After getting there in early morning see how sun comes from behind snow covered peaks, amazing view of sunrise along with mountains & valley, sit there for sometime for meditation & yoga, visit many years old Goddess temple.
We will start trek now which is quite descend up to Holy & Yoga city Rishikesh passes through many beautiful villages, forest, small water streams & agriculture.
After exploring the villages & valley we will reach to natural waterfall Neer Ghattu, Enjoy here in waterfall & trek down to Rishikesh.
