Описание: In this video we demonstrate how to test large gold bars for tungsten or other materials which would indicate further testing is required. Fake gold bars may contain tungsten and need to be checked using ultrasound. Ultrasonic thickness gauges are a good way to quickly check the velocity of sound against the known bar measurements. Tungsten has a much higher velocity than gold.
