Описание: Back at the Ridge, Tim's off to see a man about a castle, but he thinks he's a little lost. Inspired by the ancient ruins of his homeland, Italian Vittorio 'Amigo' Stefanato has built a castle from the ground up using his own bare hands. He came to The Ridge to find his fortune, but decided to build his castle using the rocks leftover from the opal mining. He's turned on room into a gallery, showing off the work of a local artist. It's still a working progress and he says he'll be finished any day now!

Meanwhile Brooke checks out the Pelican's Rest Tourist Park in St George. It's a Top Tourist Park just 2 kilometres from the centre of town and provides a haven for birdwatchers thanks to the local winged wildlife. As well as caravan sites, there are gorgeous, newly renovated cabins, all with free Wi-Fi.
