It's important to keep baby chicks warm enough, but perhaps even more important not to get them too hot.
How do you know if they are at the right temperature? It depends on how old they are, but you can tell by observing them - look at where they are, what they are doing, and listen to them.
And if their indoor accommodation is at risk of being too hot for them, you can consider putting them outside in a tent! That's what I did on a really hot day, and it worked out so well I wanted to share it with you. I'll show you exactly how I did it.
