Panorama to Outlaw Trail to Montoya to Stampede to Center Aisle to Bandit is a ski run of varying difficulties located at Sundance Resort. The trails run from the Mandan Summit down to the Lower Village base area. The run begins to the skier's right of the summit of the Outlaw Express chairlift on Panorama, an intermediate trail. Panorama features a consistent and steep drop that runs straight down the ridge before arriving at a large intersection. Here, I stayed to the right and then the left to continue on Panorama which continues down the ridge before reaching the top of the Wildwood and Jake's chairlifts. Here, I took a turn to the left onto Outlaw Trail, a beginner trail that cuts across the mountain. When the trail curves to the right, I continued straight onto Montoya, an intermediate trail that features a short drop before ending at the Outlaw Express mid-station. Here the trail merges onto Stampede, a wide beginner trail that runs straight down the mountain next to the Outlaw Express. At the fork, I took a left onto Center Aisle, another beginner trail that bypasses Stampede to the left, eventually merging back with the trail. At the next trail, I stayed to left to ski onto Bandit, a beginner trail, which gently runs underneath the bottom of the Outlaw Express before reaching the Lower Village and the bottom of the chairlift.
Sundance Resort is a ski resort located near Orem, Utah. The resort is located in eastern Utah County in Sundance Canyon, a small canyon located off of the larger Provo Canyon. The resort is located about a 25-minute drive northeast of Provo and a 1-hour drive southeast of Salt Lake City. The resort primarily serves the Utah Valley of the Wasatch Front, being the closest ski area to major cities such as Provo and Orem. The resort's frontside features an abundance of beginner and easier intermediate groomed runs on the lower section with more demanding runs near the Mandan Summit. The resort's backside features more difficult terrain, including the famous Bishop's Bowl but also features intermediate terrain as well. The resort's new for 2022 expansion offers additional beginner and intermediate terrain located off of the new Wildwood chairlift. The resort was previously owned by actor Robert Redford but was sold to a private group in 2020 and is not a part of any major multi-mountain season passes.
