A police constable found in possession of a bank card belonging to a hijack victim and a further 105 unknown bank cards is likely to face additional charges. 27-year-old Minenhle Makhaye made his second court appearance at the Durban Magistrates Court on charges of theft, fraud and defeating the ends of justice. The alleged stolen bank cards included one taken during a hijacking in which 11-year-old Zarah Ramsamy died.
