Every year The Griphouse opens up on Boxing Day from 2-4pm, gotta let those hangovers settle, everyones makes a contribution and the money goes to a charity of our choice.
Either get some striking in with some Muay Thai sparring and roll about on the floor like you were probably doing yesterday only this time claim you're doing Jiu Jitsu!
