To them, his Teochew-style Lor Ark is the best in town 👍! Glistening in rich, luscious sauce, it is nearly impossible not to salivate at the sight of the culinary spectacle. It is no wonder that the stall draws a queue even before opening.
Braised pork belly, gizzard, pig's head skin, tofu, egg and peanuts are the popular side dishes. Regulars will surely appreciate the stir-fried cabbage with dried pig skin - a classic dish rarely found.
