Welcome to our September track day at our local go-kart circuit! We kicked off the day with some practice sessions, each expected to last about 15 minutes. However, during our first session, it felt more like we were on the track for just 8 minutes, leading to some frustration among fellow riders.

As the second session approached, I totally forgot about taping up my lights so I had to rush back to pits to so I could tape them up, Thankfully, I managed to fix the issue so I could get back out there and ride for a slightly longer ride then the last session.

Throughout the day, there were a few crazy moments, including a close encounter with Melindo, coming into Turn 9 during the first session. I was coming into Turn 12 and I had my tire slid out. With the rain making the track slick, it became worse, especially on slicks Unfortunately, Chris experienced a crash in Turn 7 due to the wet conditions.

Despite the challenges, it’s always a thrill to ride with such an awesome group. I enjoy riding with everyone and getting some practice in at the track!
