This is a quick first look at the mechanics and a quick POC for a raspberry pi zero W being used to control a 12v motor via a TB6612FNG motor controller. By controlling the direction this lead screw rotates we can move a door hanging from two sliders open and closed.
If there is interest, I can go further with code snippets, parts list, and wiring diagrams.
