Lassan 5-6 (garlic)
Sukhe nimbu 3 (dry lime)
Hari mirch 7-8 (green chilies)
Tamatar 1 (tomato)

Zeera 1tsp (cumin seeds)

Kali mirch 1tsp (black peppercorn)
Hari elaichi 7-8 (green cardamom)
Kesar 2pinch (saffron)
Namak 2tsp (salt)
Oil 1/2cup
Gajar 2 (carrot)
Kishmish 2tbs (rasins)
Pyaz 1medium (onion)
Lassan adrak paste 1tbs (ginger garlic paste)
Tamatar 1large (tomato)
Tomato paste 1tbs
Chawal 500gms (rice)

Chutney Ingredients:

Tamatar 1 (tomato)
Lassan 2 (garlic)
Hari mirch 2-3 (green chilies)
Namak 1/2tsp (salt)
Zeera 1/2tsp (cumin seeds)
