The second half of introductory chemistry can present a challenge with those less confident in their problem solving and math skills. But we are all problem solvers. If you can generalize the question, and ignore all the numbers (at first), you can develop these skills for success in chemistry.
This first video of the Unit focuses on the general idea of how to approach problem solving in a chemistry course, including the most important first step: identifying the "question word".
