Описание: Look closely at the rocks, the lines on the rockface represent cross bedding, the Coconino Sandstone basically represents petrified sand dunes. This video was taken while Kim and I were winter hiking in the Grand Canyon. The Coconino Sandstone is about 260 million years old and tells us at that time what is the Grand Canyon today was in fact a desert with migrating sand dunes.
