Ingredients per serving:
140g japanese udon noodles
8oz raw chicken thigh
2 cups snow white mushroom
2 cups napa cabbage
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp miso paste
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp onion powder
2 green onions, medium
Toppings:
1 cup chicken bone broth
1 cup water
salt to taste
How to make it yourself:
1. Chop your Napa cabbage and chicken into 1-inch pieces and thinly slice your green onions.
2. In a bowl, mix together your minced garlic, miso paste, napa cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and onion powder to make your sauce
3. In one of your two meal prep containers, add half of your mushrooms, chicken thighs, udon noodles, Napa cabbage sauce, and green onions.
4. Repeat for the other meal per container, and freeze both containers overnight.
5. Once ready to eat, take out one meal per container, remove the lid, and microwave for 15 seconds to loosen the frozen kit from the container.
6. In a pot on high heat, add your chicken bone broth, water, and your frozen kit, let it boil until cooked through, salt to taste, and enjoy!
