Описание: A relaxed woodland wild camp using the DD Lightweight Tarp and Magic Carpet ground sheet. Here I announce the channels name change and talk about a group meet up that I'm organising with my friend Fiona in September 2022.

We are passionate about encouraging people to get outdoors and work together to feel empowered, invigorated and embraced! So, we are starting a not for profit organisation to encourage and support anyone and everyone to get outdoors and into mother nature to improve and help with mental wellbeing.

Can you believe a whopping 94-96% of people battle with intrusive thoughts and negative self talk. We want to help change that.........
Exposure to nature not only makes you feel better emotionally, it contributes to your physical wellbeing, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension, and the production of stress hormones.
