14 oz / 400g Beef Top Round cut
0,2 cups / 0,5 dl Soy sauce
1 solo garlic
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp Ginger powder
1. Put the meat in the freezer for approx. 1-2 hours to make it easy to cut really thin slices
2. Slice the meat into thin slices, cut against the grain
3. Mix the marinade ingredients
4. Mix the marinade and the meat and put it in the fridge. Keep for approx. 15 hours, if necessary it can be much less, and even directly into the pan. But the taste is much more intense if you let it marinate for a long time.
5. Fry on a hot pan very quickly on both sides
Side dish:
Fried tomatoes:
2 tomatoes
Olive oil
Salt
Oregano
Fresh basil
Fry the tomato for a while on both sides in olive oil
Sprinkle a little salt on top
On a plate Finish the tomatoes with oregano, fresh basil and olive oil
