How to modify your code from a normal built-in 4-motor Drivetrain to support a 6 motor Drivetrain.
If you're used to using the Robot Configuration panel to setup your Drivetrain, eg to use functions like driveFor, spinFor, setDriveVelocity, etc.. but your robot build has 6 motors for the drivetrain, follow these steps to modify the generated robot-config code to add a third motor to each side.
