The theme of the show is “ESG 101 and Beyond”.
ESG is increasingly gaining greater importance among investors, policymakers, and other key stakeholders because it is seen as a way to safeguard businesses from future risks.

This requires for businesses to make smart and strategic decisions with regard to their ESG vision that would have far reaching impact related to business strategies, employee well-being, risk mitigation and managing stakeholders in extremely volatile business environments that they are facing today.

To get an insider view on how Indian organizations are shaping up to handle ESG requirements and its reporting, we have two distinguished ESG experts, Pratiq Shah and S Sundar as guests on our first show.

Pratiq is a partner with a leading professional services firm. A qualified Chartered Accountant with 20+ years post qualification experience, he has spent most of his time in financial reporting and assisting clients and corporates. ESG and sustainability was a natural shift as it is very closely related to corporate reporting and he heads the ESG practice for his function focusing on reporting and assurance requirements for the ESG/sustainability reporting.

S Sundar is a Partner at FinYes Consulting with 25 years’ experience in industry-leading MNCs in Manufacturing and Services sectors. During his Industry tenure as a senior executive, Sundar has held various positions including Director, CFO, and Finance Head for various businesses. As CFO, Sundar put in place process optimization initiatives, sustainability reporting practices, compliance and governance practices, and has standardized and harmonized policies and reporting procedures.

Sri Ram Kumar C, Marketing and Partnerships at FinAlyzer would be the host of the show.
