This video is specifically designed for Crossfitters to efficiently and safely stretch the muscles around the lower back to help alleviate tightness, uncomfortable symptoms and increase mobility. These poses can be thought of as prehabilitation to help you avoid lower back issues.
The actions in the video are designed to be performed in sequence, post workout, not before a workout.
Please use discretion when performing these poses and modify as appropriate for your body, making the poses stronger or softer. No pain should be experienced when performing these poses. If you have an existing condition or experience pain please consult with a medical practitioner.
