Open fire, I will handle the consequences."
Following this, the Kadamkuan Police in Patna have registered a serious FIR against Khan Sir and his associates under the Arms Act, citing the creation of public panic and terror. With police now processing the forensic reports of the seized weapons, speculation is rife that Khan Sir could face arrest at any moment. While Khan Sir has defended himself, claiming his guards acted in "self-defence" and promising to cooperate with the investigation, his legal team is facing an uphill battle.
