🥘 Ingredients
3 tbsp oil
2–3 onions (chopped)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
½ tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili powder
500 g mutton
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
1 tsp garam masala
Water as needed
Haleem Base
1 cup oats
Mash ki dal (urad dal / split black gram) soaked for 2 hours
3–4 green chilies (sliced)
½ tsp black pepper powder
10–15 kabab chini
1 tsp salt
Garnish
Fried onions
Fried cashews
Fresh mint
Fresh coriander
