Although Mikko is still considered nonverbal, we are still finding ways to help her learn to communicate the best way she can. I've had a burst of energy these past few days getting up to start teaching, because after some time of slow progress, it does get a little draining. Being on the same routine day in and out can really put you on another level of stress. I know that progress is going to be slow with anything you do, But I am eager to see where this new challenge takes us.
