Описание: This is a Bo staff demo form #6. This is the fifth form in a series of five that I have choreographed. It has a lot of rolling figure eights. There is a lot of advancing and retreating while attacking. Also I am making use of the full length of the staff. You can incorporate a spear into this form as well.
