The Philosophy of Counseling and Therapy that underlies my counseling and therapeutic approach is the idea of the unity of all people and things.
This powerful truth permits and promotes healing by reducing our feeling of separation from the earth and from each other, and gradually replacing that feeling with its opposite, connection. Knowing the truth of our connection to all, we are then able to establish and strengthen relationships with others, or to transition from them gracefully. We are able to view others and ourselves with compassion. We are able to forgive and move on, when needed. We are able to function effectively in the face of uncertainly and change.
