I learned a trick to make coconut shrimp better than any of that frozen stuff at home. It's Coconut Cake Batter!! this acts like a tempura but has all the coconut flavor and sweetness so you can use crispy unsweetened coconut flakes!!
Ingredients
1 cup Coconut Cake Mix
1 Egg
1/3 Cup Milk
Mix to combine
50/50 blend of unsweetened coconut flakes and panko bread crumbs
Orange Chili Crisp Marmalade Sauce
1 cup Orange Marmalade
3 tbsp Chili Crisp
2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
