Heart Shaped Rabbit Pillow: Wabbit's Garden by Sheepish Designs - I have seen it on Etsy and eBay. Might be out of print.
The sampler with the rabbits is by Sheepish designs (oop), it gives the option to stitch all the patterns into a sampler instead of pillows. I've seen it on eBay and they are called:
"B" is for Bee Pillow # 1
"H" is for House Pillow # 2
"R" is for Rabbit Pillow # 3
"S" is for Sheep Pillow #4
"V" is for Viper Pillow # 5
