Tom Clancy's The Division 2 is a third-person post-apocalyptic action game set in Washington, D.C., where you, as an agent of a special organization, save people after a virus spreads in the near future. The game follows on from the famous previous installment. You progress through the game and learn details from the story, which is slowly revealed through recordings or reports. It's a really sad story. Your character gradually develops and you get better weapons and skills that you can change, which makes the gaming experience quite different. There are other DLCs available for the game, which I have and will gradually get to them.
