Verse 60: "And prepare against them what you can of force and of horses tethered in ranks, to strike terror into the enemy of Allah and your enemy, and others besides whom you do not know. Allah knows them. And whatever you spend in the way of Allah, it shall be paid to you in full, and you shall not be wronged."
