Max Special Attack investment Can OHKO a Dracozolt with Moonblast, Dragapult, Dracovish, Tyranitar (out of sand) with a moonblast, OHKO Excadrill, Rhyperior, with Hyper voice, OHKO Gastro with Energy Ball.
