Until recently, I knew very little myself.
Like many, I only knew it as “the country of happiness”.

So, when the opportunity arose to support Keith Ferrazzi and Mo Kasti’s pro-bono initiative in Bhutan, I did not hesitate. That led to supporting one of the governors in the eastern district of Trashigang through coaching, training, and mentoring.

And my first trip✈️ there a few weeks ago was… nothing short of spectacular✨.

Before going, I started asking people what they thought of Bhutan — and the reaction surprised me:
Almost everyone spoke about the country with admiration, even those who had never visited.

Maybe I know why.

Bhutan is known for something we all crave: a society built on happiness🤗 and harmony⚖️. Its central measure isn’t GDP — it is Gross National Happiness, rooted in Buddhist ☸ principles, cultural🎭 wisdom, and respect for nature 🌱.

But after spending time in Bhutan, the word that stayed with me wasn’t “happiness.”

It was Courage❤️‍🔥.

Courage to…
💠 Put core values first.
💠 Chart a path that doesn’t blindly follow other nations.
💠 Evolve culturally while preserving what matters most.
💠 Build honest dialogue at every level of society.
💠 Reach for a higher level of national consciousness.

This video is my attempt to tell the story of this Leadership Courage❤️‍🔥— at the scale of a nation.

Bhutan’s 10X ambition🚀:
🔹 10X in Wisdom
🔹 10X in Capability
🔹 10X in Consciousness
🔹 10X in Wealth

So, why do so many people instinctively feel goodwill toward Bhutan❓
Because individually, as teams, as organizations, as communities… we aspire to be what Bhutan is striving to become.

I can’t wait to return soon and continue supporting this deeply meaningful journey.
